INTENSIVE TRAINING FOR ALL SEAFARERS
One of the key pillars of the
quality system is our crew training. We pride ourselves in offering
ship owners only the most competent and qualified seafarers available.
We accomplish this by conducting intensive training programs for
all of its seafarers, putting special emphasis on fulfilling the
requirements of all new regulations including:
- STCW 95
- ISM Code
- ISMA Code
- ISO 9002
We have our
in
house training center where we continue train and upgrade our
seafarers to meet the requirements and standards of our various
reputed principals. Our training consists of both in class &
practical hands on training so that they may use the training on
shore with exceptional accuracy while on board.
In an effort to maintain the highest
standards possible in today's shipping industry, we at Haque &
Sons Ltd. have introduced a computer simulation test - CES3000 -
for our officers. The officer competency test - approved by the
Norwegian Marine Department - is a benchmark for excellence in various
kinds of ships, environments, cargo operations, hazards and safety.
