We provide full and partial crew management through our lump sum crew management program which provides owners with a long-term resource of experienced officers and ratings at a fixed monthly cost. As crew managers, Haque & Sons Ltd will perform all customary management functions related to crewing such as recruitment, selection, union matters, long term planning and pool arrangements, crew training and education, victualling, air travel expenses and related P&I claims.

It was built with the vision to only provide competent crew to meet the high standards and requirement in today shipping ever-changing industry. We truly believe in achieving excellence through training. We are approved by our National Shipping Administration DG Shipping Bangladesh for conducting STCW 95 courses.
